The pan is non-stick coated for easy release and clean-up. Bakes elegant, picture-perfect cakes with ease in a shape loved by millions. The pan can be used for Bundt cake recipes, pound cake or coffee cake, pull-a-part bread, monkey bread as well as being a great gelatin mold. Before each use, brush with solid vegetable shortening and dust with flour. Alternatively, you can use baking spray with flour in it allows the details to be more defined. Cool 5 minutes in pan before removing to cool for best results, and always use baking spray with flour, not cooking spray when seasoning the pan.
